I broke up with my boyfriend and after 3 months he killed himself he always used to say that he is going to be no more it haunts me everytime but the last time he said i thoight it was the same and he did what he said. I have this guilt of letting him go now i have a new boyfriend i have the same thing repeating with him to i feel that everything is happening again and feel hanuted by it the fear of killing myself really haunts me but after i saw this video and the comments i feel iam not the only one this helped me thanks♥️

I love this. I have a hard time letting myself feel out my trauma because it's scary and I really can't focus on a lot of other meditation cause I zone out. Just hearing you say that you're here and you care for me really meant a lot. The emotional support as I did this was really nice. I find it scary to deal with these emotions and I felt safe. Thank you for helping me face my trauma(s), I sobbed when I first felt the pain in my chest following your guide. After your session I also did 5 minutes of meditation on my own and I found that I started to make a sound like a hum releasing my emotions. I also had a release of a sort of collective trauma other than the recent ones, a lot of memories surfaced when I did this meditation. Now I feel a tiredness but like you said it's the toxins being released from my body.

I’m using this after I did something again that reminded me of all my trauma I’ve hurt people, I’ve hurt myself And I’m sorry to me and my friends I can and have gotten past my trauma, it will not effect me anymore, thank you

At first, when clicking on the video, I became scared I would subconsciously relive my trauma. But it didn't happen, it was just the thought that was frightening. Just like the woman said in the video. But I stayed because I knew I needed this type of meditation. It felt good to finally allow myself to feel the way I'm feeling. It felt good to notice where I store my stress and to hear that if you don't allow yourself to feel the way you are feeling. Your body will pay for it. This was a very liberating meditation video. I am ready to move on.

Although I have many skills in coping with emotional stress. I am going through a long process of supporting a family member. I lost my younger sister a couple years ago to a drunk driver. I was at the worst point of my life before she had passed and it really had me messed up. I have been able to find my peace, but this meditation has helped me IMMENSELY with letting out the trauma that I had no idea was there still. Allowing myself to feel has made me feel new. thankyou so much for caring. ❤️

This video helped me feel less alone I'm thr darkness of intrusive thoughts from my trauma. It assisted me with being present and allowed me to sleep. It especially helped when you reminded that you were still their as a guide. Thank you for making this 💜

Just used this video for the first time and wow. Immediately felt at peace with your voice, it really made it easy to sit and relax. The tears started flowing without me thinking about it, but I felt like I was truly releasing some of the trauma. Definitely going to keep using this video. Thank you so much ❤

I’ve watched this video three times now. The first time I cried. The second time there was a lot of tension but I didn’t need to cry. The third time there was barely any tension to release. Is this what’s supposed to happen? If it is then great!!!

Such a powerful video. Yesterday, something by nice been keeping buried has came up to the surface and triggered me extremely. This video makes everything feel much better. It feels like I had to bring my emotions back to the surface and just sit there with them. It wasn’t comfortable in the beginning. But it allowed to to release it much better. Such a beautiful soothing voice. I gratefully appreciate this meditation.

i haven't felt my trauma. i always shoved it down but it affected my life extremely bad. i cried with screams during this meditation and i honestly say i feel anew. it finally feels in the past.thank you so much!

This helped me so much. I’ve been doing inner child shadow work and ended with this meditation. Your voice sounds like princess jasmine. My inner child was very happy. I released so much this afternoon. 💛

Thx helped me tonight to get more relaxed. I was having extreme traumatic pain. However, I want to say one thing. I learn through a trauma course that it is important to first find safety in the body through certain exercices. The body will not completely allow trauma to be released without a sense of safety.

This was really good. But as I do it I notice it’s hard to get over the programming of my mother still alive in me from my childhood telling me to get over it (talking about my father’s suicide). I have so much damn compassion for that kid. And I realize it’s ok that he’s still healing. Trying to be ok with it anyway. There’s a lot of pain I’ve gone through a lot of my life without feeling.

It happened to me, it caused me great pain, physically and mentally for almost two decades, it made me suspicious of peoples' intentions, I was scared and that is true. I will not deny it, but it's over now. I will continue to live life to the fullest while picking up these fragments of myself along the way.

I was misdiagnosed, neglected and left to die in agony. I’ve had the surgeries I needed albeit all done years too late. A nerve was left severely pinched for four years. I’m not certain if I’m holding onto anger ( due to being brushed off by ten doctors ) or if my sacral nerve roots just cannot heal? I want to heal. I love life. I hope you feel better. My journey has lasted 15 years.

I feel like the universe hates me on a daily basis. I feel like everyone's punching bag. I feel like people only want to take advantage of me. I feel like I've done everything I can. I feel so devalued, so unloved. I feel like I'm too tired to fight for myself anymore.

Wow. This is powerful. I may have released some from my throat. But there is so much in my chest and stomach. This was a good way to identify it although it didn't release. I will be focusing on those areas (solar plexus and heart chakras, right?) Thank you for this 💕

I had a really hard time focusing. This is all very much assuming that I don’t let myself feel but I feel my trauma daily. It’s not suppressed with me but rather it controls my emotions. I cry frequently, it plays through my head on a regular basis. Unfortunately this didn’t really help me. Can’t get me to feel what I’m already feeling all the time.
