Part one is about letting go of negative thoughts and self talk. Take the time to honor yourself and be here now. Let go of the to do list, the judgments, the expectations and simply allow.

Ive been stuggling with stress and anxiety while pregnant. Mommy meditations are great but this has truly freed my spirit. Yall never disappointed and im grateful

When you say done in order what do you mean? In a row (sit and do them back to back), I did part 1 yesterday do part 2 today?) Stick with 1 for a while?
