Interesting to note that the new mechanics use 50% burst and not meter/tension. This means that you have access to a defensive mechanic or combo extender from the get go, but then if you get hit the escape won’t be there. You’ll have to gauge if you think the trade off is worth it. Against HC I’m wondering how useful it will be since he has a lot of burst safe combos anyways.

Interesting. Johnny do not seem to have his coins anymore but the cards replacement looks interesting as a setplay mechanic. Also yay for Mist Finer.
