First of all happy bday Gunjan mam, you are amazing and changing our lives every single day, may god bless u & fulfill all ur drmzz... just finished the workout, yes i did it, the happiness is beyond the words, felt much stronger & yes did full burpees at circuit 4, please post more HIIT workouts & if possible please post do-along workout with dumbells too, thank you very much & enjoy ur day..

Hlo mam I do this workout daily with you. It's really amazing and too much sweating . Mam it's my humble request pl share exercise for lower body .I wants to do with you. My hips and thighs are heavy so plz plz share lower body workout. It's feeling good with you. Your all workouts give a energy and I try to do more . My lower body fat is stuck how to break plz plz advise me. Thanks a lots to give motivation and inspiration. U r best. Hope to share lower body workout soon. Thanks again.

Mam can you please advice weight loss for teenagers because it becomes difficult to manage studies , workout , sufficient sleep and especially for 12th standard students. Due to this pandemic students are more online and less active. Eventually our weight is increasing.It would be great if you share diet and workouts for this age group and help us boost our energies, MAM, I Adore your motivational videos.😃😃😊
