My hips and thighs are heavy so plz plz share lower body workout. It's feeling good with you. Your all workouts give a energy and I try to do more . Mam can you please advice weight loss for teenagers because it becomes difficult to manage studies , workout , sufficient sleep and especially for 12th standard students. Due to this pandemic students are more online and less active. Eventually our weight is increasing.It would be great if you share diet and workouts for this age group and help us boost our energies, MAM, I Adore your motivational videos.😃😃😊
