Gunjan, its a good idea to not deep fry falafel and use wheat roti. But I stayed in middle east, so I can tell you what they put in falafel sandwich.They put humus, cucumber, lettuce, parsley and pickled turnips and tahina sauce. Some other stuff too but not carrot and onions

1st to ye ki soya badi ko digest hone me kai din lag jata h....easily nahi digest kar sakte h.....kabhi kabhi lose motion bhi ag jate kai logo ko..... Aur 2nd olive oil chahe virgin ho ya non virgin usko aapko heat nahi karna hota h.....olive oil sirf dressing ke liye hota h vegetables ki........

There shoudl be some ways by which a general diet plan can be created which can be customised by people themselves after few consulations. I think this will help the larger population.
