Not offence to anyone but it's completely wrong and unscientific. Our digestion system works according to the sun , the digestion system is very active when there is sun in the sky, before sunrise and after sunset the digestion system doesn't work properly. So Hinduism tells us to eat before sunset not for a month, but for every time. You guys do exactly the opposite. Also after breaking fast we have to give very light things to our stomach because it needs time to reactivate the digestion and you know how you guys eat after breaking the fast and last but not the least we have to keep ourselves hydrated when we do fasting , doctors suggest to increase 30% of water intakes during fasting and you don't drink water which is unhealthiest and skipping water for whole day during the month of March/April/ May that to while fasting/ dieting is the worst thing you can ever do to your body. Fasting in summer demands minimum 40% of more water intakes. Ayurveda is far far far better than these unscientific things

I swear by IF. When i was doing it, my weight gain had stopped. Losing weight is not my concern, i do it for its miraculous health benefits. Also small eating window prevents me consuming those extra calories due to late night cravings. Also doing something for my body makes me happy.

@@AditiSingh691 16. 8 fasting. From 9am to 5pm I ate breakfast and lunch with salad and green tea. Never ate anything after 5pm. Had apple cherry papaya pineapple when hungry and lost 13 kgs. It was not easy but manageable if you have knee pains and other health issues.

@@shagundutta but if our metabolism never kicks up enough with IF. I am doing IF for more than 3 months now, i am very consistent to it but i badly suffer from slow metabolism, no matter what i do. But keeping all things same, if i take chia seed water in my fasting window, i remain ok with this.but doctors say it breaks your fast. Though i lost 7 kg in 3 months, which is pretty slow speed of weight loss...do guide me further, it will be good of you please

No diet or technique can show results in two days. Body is a complex machinary, it takes a while to pick the diet which you are following. As soon as you start IF, starting few days body will try to understand it first, in start it can crash as well as body is not habitual of glocose scarcity for longer time. it is always advisable to move gradually from your regular routine to IF. For ex if you usually take the gap of 8 hours, start increasing 1 hour gradually like 9,10,11 and then once you are comfortable you can increase your fasting duration. High fat and moderate protein intake is advisable in IF as you will feel satiated for longer time. To see the miracle effects of IF, you gotta extend the fasting period to more than a day. Always remember consistency is the key

Intermittent fasting can only help if the person is still maintaining calorie deficit for the remaining part of the day. If someone is eating the same amount of calories then he will not loose weight it doesn’t matter if the meals are two or three.

I am doing these days and I started seeing the difference already. My fasting window starts at 6 pm until 9 am and I am not eating any sugar. I love my chai so I believe I have to work on my chai consumption. My sleep improved. I had pimples on my face and skin is getting healthier.

I do intermittent fasting with ten hours eating window and fourteen hours fasting window. I take my dinner at six pm and my breakfast at eight am the following day. I plan to do it for my remaining life.I feel very light due to the fasting.

You can take one slice of meat or 2 eggs in your diet as a part of protein intake. For non veg people. Meat has the complete protein than vegan protein. Also red meat gives you the necessary iron your body needs.

So many mistakes in this video, as soon so you break your fast break it with a protein rich meal, not fruit. Secondly, intermittent fasting has nothing to do with metabolism. And eating too low calories can affect your health and nutrition deficiency.

Also i take my regular healthy meals in the eating window. The kind of calorie deficit you have done for yourself is extreme. I take a healthy breakfast including eggs, complex carbs and don’t feel the urge to binge eat. The same 1200 calorie diet plan can be incorporated in the 8 hour eating window and then it will be easier to do IF for a prolonged period of time. Having less nutrition is not the best way to do this fasting.
