Concerning exercises, and training, you might wanna disregard Guruman's school of thought. Follow Jeff Cavelière (AthleneX.com). He is an expert and has deeper knowledge of functional anatomy.

He's talking nonsense. Jeff Cavelier of Athlean X demonstrated how behind the neck excersises damage your muscles using a skeleton. If you do it you will inevitably develop a muscle problem, it's a scientific fact!

Follow Jeff Cavalier Athlean X for the correct information, he's someone who trains professional athletes, he has made videos about this topic where he demonstrates scientifically what is wrong with behind the neck lats etc..

I left this exercise because it torn my rotator cuff. There are hundreds of exercises to build your shoulders- rear delt flys, rope face pulls, inclined bench flies, military press, cable rear delt flies, etc. Leaving one exercise will not cost your gains.

No offense to guru mann .. but now im confused . On one side jeff ( athlene x channel) a physiotherapist says this is the worst exercise. On other hand guru mann says its the superior .. but i would go for jeff's advice as he is a renown physiotherapist but still love your work bro keep it up

hey guru you are one of the fittest and finest KZbin,r health adviser available (especially for indians) i watch all of you videos and I almost try to follow all your healthy tips, your explanation on nutritional facts are so refined that we need not to watch other videos. I have a small request for you it would be nice if you make a video on how to control oily skin as most of the people face problem with oily skin and dust come and stick on it and it looks very terrible to meet people I have tried most of the creams available on the market to control my oil secretion and I have also seen most of the videos, tips on the KZbin but none of them are worthy and none of them could put an end to the oily skin or at least control it to a certain extent I know the fact that what we eat is what we are but it would be very grateful if you make a video on how to control oil secretion from the skin by suggesting some foods or through some extraordinary tips you may have I am requesting you because your suggestions are very refined and will bring a permanent solution to the problems that most people face

Watch worst shoulder excersise by Athlean x. He uses a skeleton to show why this excersise is dangerous. Guru Man's explanation is not scientific, Athlean X's explanation is. You can't say it's all about "mobility" and dissmiss arguments when someone demonstrates why this excersise is dangerous using the scientific information about the human anatomy. You technically can but you would be wrong!
