"HE SAYS U NEED 180 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY . ITS BAKWAS, BULLSHIT , BROSCIENCE. YOU DO NOT NEED 180 GRAMS OF PROTEIN BEING 180 POUNDS .YOUR BODY CANNOT DIGEST MORE THAN 3O TO 40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER MEAL. Bro cheap whey protein means low quality because protein is the most expensive nutrient. Our indian brand quality and purity is very poor so don't waste ur money on indian brands
