Milk in packets. Does it have preservatives? Coffee Powder? After 6 pm I don't eat. Initially I drank water to satisfy my hunger but that was for just 3 to 4 days. Now I don't even feel hungry and happy that there is no Kitchen Work. I reduced from 96 inches to 87. Doing this for almost 45 days. Tq very much. My dress that I was not able to fit in is now in use. This makes me all the more happy.

And I feel that majority of patients r not aware of their general well being and care of themselves. Majority of Indian people don't know what to eat and what is good for health. And they don't do any exercise. Health is going to a big issue in present time Lifestyle diseases are becoming on fast pace . Youngster getting heart attacks specially in age around 40 -45 yr of age. A very big concern is adulteration of food in India.
