Love chia seeds! I make a jam from them - mix with a pan of frozen berries, water and some vanilla essence (a teaspoon of maple syrup if you can't live without!) They give that lovely jammy consistency without all the sugar that you can pop on toast or yoghurt.

I always travel with nuts and seeds, especially almonds and sunflower seeds. If I’m going abroad I take Yorkshire tea bags as well.

I seem to be on the same page with you, Liz, in that I love all the things you chose to travel with. I'd not thought of adding ground almonds to yogurt etc. but will definitely give it a try. Thank you.

Nearly lost me there on Marmite, but HP is the king of all sauces 🤗. A good cup of Earl Grey tea is absolutely essential for me! Going to make that breakfast bowl tomorrow. Thanks for sharing x

Hi Liz, snap, I love almonds my favourite nut. I sometimes sprinkle almonds on to my porridge, with blueberries delicious 😋. I certainly would travel with, yorkshire teabags, HP sauce yes, I have not travelled for a long time, but I think.we all have things that we would take on our travels for familiarity, to our diets and brings us comfort. I would like to ask your advice on the subject of body brushing, would you reccomend it for fair fine and very sensitive skin, and if so would you know of the best brush for this kind of skin please. Wishing you a BLESSED DAY
