Audit the Audit @13:55 It is not only a common law doctrine, The founders and the Constitution makes it clear. "Any citizen may investigate and enforce the law, and that includes federal agents. Under our system of government, all citizens are policemen. You as a regular law enforcement officer may outrank ordinary civilians, but they have the same authority to enforce the law against felonies and more serious misdemeanors that you do, and that authority should be respected. When the offense is one of those four that the federal government has jurisdiction over on state territory, federal agents have the prior authority. However, in all other cases, your authority is superior to theirs. They may assist you, conduct investigations, and make arrests, with your consent, but then they are obligated to turn over the evidence and the suspect to you for prosecution under state or local law."

So here why your review of this dispute is a biased one. #1 Reason you are a member of Law enforcement #2 you depend completely on Case Law and Statues while you fail to understand that the police powers are not limited to States but include The People which is why the 10th Amendment clearly says OR THE PEOPLE. Police and courts have long ignored the full meaning of the 10th Amendment to grant States and Law Enforcement agencies and the individuals that work for them authority to ignore and violate The Peoples 10th Amendment Powers it is also a violation of the 14th Amendment equal protection and a violation of the 9th Amendment to both deny and disparage the Unenumerated Rights Retained by the who ??? The People ! If you were being objective in your analysis you would have mentioned these facts but you didn't because as I said your a cop. Donut Operator...

The dude is quite funny. I do feel sorry for him though since I don't think he has the money to get his RV off the towing lot He doesn't know the owners of the property he was parked on (very sketch). What looks like happened is he (and possibly others) parked on some un-tended property and historically got away with it because it was un-tended. That changed. This habit becomes news to the property owners. They didn't take the bar exam, they just want this vehicle off their property so they have it towed. If you were the property owner, would you want to be "nice" and give notice which would likely result in endless excuses from the vehicle owner, or would you want to outsource that to a towing company so you never have to deal with it? Even if getting away with unauthorized parking counts as "implied consent" from the property owners (which it probably does not), he is going to have a hard time proving that The police can tell him over and over "it's a civil matter" meaning "pay your towing fees now and sue later if you have a case". But to someone who cannot "pay their towing fees now", it's more than a civil matter because it sets off a chain reaction that cannot be restituted later. So it's not in the spirit of a civil matter to them. That said, the guy needs to immediately get a title loan, get the RV off the towing lot, and take the property owners to small claims court if he thinks he has a case (which he probably doesn't)

Something that is featured in just about every Sovereign Citizen™ police encounter video I've seen so far. They always ask for a "supervisor," and they always use that specific word. He uses precise, weird language when describing other things - like describing his home as a "domicile" and "dwelling." So, 2 minutes in and I can already tell that he's been exposed to the Sovereign Citizen Movement™. Even more similarities arise as the video progresses. The language & tactics he employs (and how he clearly expects them to work just because he's used the correct, magic words) is too much of a coincidence imo. Sorry /end rant 😆✌

Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more - we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” It has come to a point where there needs to be violent pushback. The cops want to pretend they fear for their lives, let's make them actually worried their next shift will be their last. Too many people are comfortable with their families though, while they're complacent about the world their children will grow up in. Instead nearly everyone criticizes riots after clear murder by the government against one of the people. It turns out if you harm enough businesses, hurt people in their wallet instead of being a mild inconvenience, actual change happens.

@@claytonbigsby9128 we all have a bias, this guy has a pretty leveled one. he wants to make a side hustle out of reviewing police and citizen interaction and with that requires a bit of clickbait. i appreciate his work, you dont need to be a lawyer to have an opinion about this, he does good in not being ignorant and he adds footnotes to the sections of regarded laws which i hella appreciate. noone else does this. who hurt you? chill

That's a tour shirt that was produced long after the Grateful Dead was dead and gone (the Bobby Show is not real GD) by people living like maggots off the corpse of a dead man's reputation, worn by wannabes who never saw a single Grateful Dead show in their entire fkn lives, who weren't even born when Jerry was still above ground.

Man, you're a pro, really, keep it up. I really respect (as I'm sure you've heard many times before) the way you break everything down. I also want to commend you on auditing videos on both civilians and law enforcement and especially on how you take a neutral objective stance. I also don't think I've ever disagreed with any of your grades. I personally see what you do as a public service and a value to both law enforcement and civilians.👍

Yeah with citizens arrest I was under the impression that the person had to be caught red handed in the commission of a felony to be detained until law enforcement can take over. Like holding someone at gunpoint that broke into your house till law enforcement arrives.
@jayquirk22973 жыл бұрын
I believe there are circumstances where you can do so for the purposes of property reclamation. But generally, if the person is in no danger of fleeing, you should simply call the police and let them do it. I would like to see more videos like this on citizen’s arrest- it’s a tricky, but interesting subject.
@lordvika25263 жыл бұрын
That's exactly right. A citizens arrest is where you see a crime being commit and you detain the criminal until actual police show up. Anything else would be seen as assault and can get you arrested.
