I like how she is so energetic and i almost wanted to give up half way (that's what i always do in YT work out video) but not this time. She keep on telling "YOU CAN DO THIS". And this is the first time i ever finish a full work out videos without pausing. Thank You. You are a amazing coach.

*FUN FACT* If you actually turn the volume down it's 100% apartment friendly (or early morning workout) as there are no jumps. It's too bad that a lot of people are not going to give it a try, because it's actually a wonderful workout.

This was a great complete body workout! It made me sweat a lot and felt like it definitely worked my muscles. I used a heavier set of dumbbells but was still able to follow along.

This is a good workout for people who get bored easily - fast paced and lots of variety. However, for a lot of the exercises, one set of 12 reps was not enough for me to feel a burn. It's a trade-off I guess - variety at the expense of focus on specific muscles/muscle groups. Also, I'm not sure about the science behind WATER IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, or that certain kinds of carbs will turn to fat. Fat is gained when you eat more calories than your body burns, regardless of what kind of food they come from.

With this Gluten problem. I don't know what to eat without feeling bloated and feeling crappy. These excersizes. Are not helping to lose my weight. Weight on abs and hips and waist. I need help

Hi Tracey, you need to do plenty of cardio in combination with this routine if you want to lose weight. What does your diet consist of? A diet of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and lean meats is not only very healthy, it will help you lose and maintain weight. Ditch any sugary drinks that may be in your diet and that will make a big difference as well. Stay away from highly processed foods and foods that are fried and/or high in sugar.

GymRa I admit, I drink too much coffee. I'm a coffeeholic with 2 sugars. And cream. And fries. I can't eat breads and pasta , it upsets my tummy. Bloated. Thank you for these tips. I'm learning to eat healthy . I just need guidance,

Try a teaspoon of maple syrup and just a splash of whole milk in your coffee instead. Ditching the 2 sugars and cream will definitely make a difference! Gotta be moderate with the fries as well :)

There are some good cues given but several opportunities were missed in terms of instruction, such as talking about specific muscles used & where a participant should feel the exercises. Modifications and breathing/core cues would be a wonderful addition as well as something mentioned regarding appropriate weight choice (other than what might be too heavy). The exercises were straight forward but a little boring. The instructor gave some helpful information and I appreciated her enthusiasm however at times it seemed over the top & honestly got annoying after a while. Liked the core work! :-)

Fair workout, but unnecessary straining of her voice, which sounds unnatural and annoying. Moreover, there were unnecessary interruptions and pauses to explain the moves. I wish the choreographers/trainers were cognizant of the fact that newbies can rewind to review the various moves over and over again as to not slow down the advanced followers.

She’s super cute, fit and perky but I was distracted by the constant talk and a lot of time spent not working out while she was explaining. I guess this is better for beginners who need constant motivation. She had some good exercises though.
