You need to build some muscle to boost your metabolism, and this total-body workout will do just that. We start with a solid warmup, so you're ready to push your body to maximize your gains. The workout uses light free weights; we suggest five-pound dumbbells, but this workout is still effective if you go with lighter weights or no weights at all. Plus, if you're new to working out, we offer modifications for all the moves. So grab your weights, a little water, and press play when you're ready to work!

I needed a moderate intensity workout today and this was great. I mostly do HIIT and variations of fast paced workouts, so it was nice to slow down. I appreciated the long warm-up and cooldown. 45 minute is a perfect workout length for me! Keep up the great work!

This may be my favorite pop sugar workout! I've been doing these workouts for the past three months, every other day and loving them! I usually do 30 minutes, so was a bit nervous about doing this longer one, but I think the main difference is a longer warm up and cool down. I also like not feeling bad about doing the modified versions when I need to.

Hooray for another long video! I love the when the videos are 40 min. or longer; that way they are a great alternative for the days I go running & comparable in calorie burn. This video was PERFECT. Low-impact modifications that still burn were available (I have sensitive knees & live in a top-floor apartment, so I avoid jumping a lot), whole body engagement even when the focus is on upper body/lower body/core, and such awesome and honest energy from Anna, Dre & Rachel! I love all of your personalities & LOVE working out with you! Last thing - this was a perfect morning workout. Just past 7 AM & I am READY for the day!

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and this workout was perfect! Great modifications where I was still working hard but mostly at low impact. I had to switch up the planks for standing abs, but followed along with everything else. Got a great sweat, too!

One of my OG faves on Popsugar or any youtube workout ever! That lower body circuit still pushes me to my limits my goodness! And no popsugar video has matched the energy that Anna, Dre and Rachel are putting off during this btw. They’re why I kept doing popsugar workouts I feel like working out with friends

I've been following this video 3-4 times a week for a couple of months now, and I feel so much stronger than before. I'm seeing some muscle definition and growth, and the positive attitudes of these ladies really helps motivate discipline! Great video

So lovely revisiting this one. This was the first workout I had saved and did regularly back in 2017! Anna and Dre and Rachel’s energies and banter kept my very newbie self exercising.

God that lower body circuit is always soooo tough but this is one of the first popsugar workouts I regularly did back in 2017. All these three gals’ energies together is unmatched!

I did it! Thank you very much. You give me so much positive energy. That and the fact that every workout is special in some sort of way makes me come back here anytime. I used 0.5 kilos in one hand and both dumbells for some exercises and I still sweated out. Keep up the good work!

Everyone, never underestimate the intensity of no jumping workouts! My abs, my shoulders and my legs are so soree the next day. I promise, these 45 minutes with these ladies are so worth to jump on and feel strong and amazing and yeah be ready to feel the burnn!!

Great workout! I've done this one a few times. One thing I wish, though, is that when we're on the floor you would say it clearly when to switch sides. I can't see the screen when I'm on the floor! Thanks for the burn!

It was perfect! Core circuit and leg/cardio circuit and arm circuit ( love the perfect push-up!) and it went soooo fast cause of the awesome variety and cheerful camaraderie. Thank you!

What a challenge. I loved how you stayed on one move long enough so it burned but not so long that I wanted to quit. Shoulders and legs are going to be sore tomorrow.

Great workout, with the exception of going overboard on the shoulders. I think there could have been an alternate exercise for the arms while doing the lunges, for example. Thanks!
