Great warmup and pace with some challenging sequences. Felt like a good stretch. Also, I loved that the instructor was so centered. She has a great laugh. Would recommend

This teacher falls in & out of extension of the pelvis without knowing it while she is cuing a neutral pelvis. This can cause others who copy her to hurt themselves by pulling into their lower back

Not the best class if your interested in a traditional advanced Pilates class- this is more a yoga fusion then Pilates and it definitely wasn’t advanced Pilates. Other classes for my Pilates based. I’m not even a regular Pilates class person and this seemed not advanced at all again more yoga fusion

Not a typical classical Pilates class. Your form is great, but increasing reps with little attention to form (for those doing this) is - in my brain - not so good. I was left pretty tired after this workout. Not for me, but perhaps for someone who is not into classical Pilates and wants a more rigorous approach to core work.

Wow I totally disagree. She did not advertise this class as a classical plates class. If you have studied Pilates you would know that the first half of the class, very closely relates to the original Contrology (not classical) repertoire that Joseph Pilates invented and taught. Also his style is VERY rigorous, so perhaps this class is too advanced for you, if you felt tired? Maybe you should try a lower level pilates and build up to this? You should feel energised and loose at the end of this class if it's the right level for you.

She's incredible. When someone can inspire us to go further, it expands the body and soul. Go away and find something more suitable to your level instead of sending shade. Too many clones are complaining. I adore this Instructor. This is a free class. Love and light to all.
