Very true, got a metal weight set recently and the four 45lbs weigh 47lbs. The rest of the weights are on the dot, good call on that

My bench has only went down. Best ever was 350LB with a slight pause. Unfortunately since cutting I've lost some strength.

I'm from New Jersey and our gyms were closed for 6 months. Ive been lifting in a storage unit since May. Gyms opened up in September but I still have the unit cause I don't trust that gyms will stay opened.

Nice. but trust me from a 565 Lb Natural Bench PR. Please use a lift off after 315, It will keep you tighter and save your shoulders. Im 49 yrs old and found out the hard way over the years. Great Job Nick.

Leg developer benches are nice, but since they're higher up (to accommodate the leg attachment) I've found they can restrict leg drive to an extent.

Actually when gym re open i am going to try wideing my stance and try your deadlift tips to get that 300 kg one rn . Nowdays i am super close deadlifter tall long legs 280 . Well see my man Thank u

Closing gyms is insane. I suspect many people who've died of This Disease Thing would be alive and well if they had gone to gyms in recent years and not let their bodies turn to sh*t.

Yeah,but it's too late now- the disease is here and people are dying. Too late. I bet Arnold would have saw this coming. People don't want to diet and exercise for health. They want a pill for the beach and a treatment after they did the damage.

Ive been Hurt so many times doing bench, so I do not bench anymore, but if I do, I go 1-2 fingers inside of rings, which I feel the most power

Personally, I bench inside the rings. I tried benching with pinkies on the rings, but I always felt I was losing power and it also makes me feel as if I'm able use more triceps and less shoulders.

Wrist curls with very light weight every other day. No presses, I recovered after a month. Get wristbands aswell when ur ready to press again, and warm wrists up before doing any press in the future

I did it back in the day it’s too much volume for naturals. I got to 285 bench on it and 225x12 but I fucked up my neck, shoulders, wrist and back

Hey man. Been a big fan since I heard Country Girl by Luke Bryan for the first time on an old video of yours about dieting on a budget. I don’t have any social media but I was wondering if you have ever thought about teaching options trading? Comment me back if you are interested in making a program I could buy or even just tutor me. Good numbers dude. Don't kill your shoulders and elbows before you get old. Them joints won't be young forever. Impressive tho bro. Just be careful. 225 for 30 reps might be a better goal . As you age of course.

@@patrickmcdonagh539 yessir . Lift heavy in your 30s . My point is get as strong as u can .get all the mass u can. Was just saying as you age heavy weight is more risky. Basically . Bench 405 for 6 years or bench 225 for 25 years. Longevity is the goal. Ronnie Coleman is a good example. Hope that clears it up. The man will be 60 one day . And you don't want to be all fucked up because of a number. . That's all

@@shaloon64 some do, im not one of them. in fact i probably invest too much. my 6 yr old has $40K in his 529b account, his 5 yr old brother has $30K and my little princess has $20K in hers. on top of that, most of my tenants live in nicer homes that i do, think about that. let that sink in.
