@PLATINUMCASTLE813 lol =)) it's supposed to be eaten raw. well, the meat is actually "cooked" as there are some ingredients from the packet which sort of chemical stuffs n they "cook" the meat similar to preserved veges. actually, u can grill them before eating, still yummy the same :)

I've seen a few other videos showing how to make Nem, they all use sugar, sugar fermented the meat, the stuffs in the package is not enough, I don't think...hmmmm.
