Love your videos as always. Just wanted to mention how nice it is to hear someone who's as advanced at lifting as you are, say how powerlifting means you're tired all the damn time and it's such a drain to mentally commit to it for a long time. Was worried it was just me (who comparatively sucks).

Nope it's just a grind sometimes haha. That's why taking some time out to just train bodybuilding or something for a block is nice. You'll still retain a lot of strength and well

You mentioned how it took 2 years to add 2.5kg and that you were kind of at your potential - is it obvious when you know when you’ll have reached this point?

It's hard to say as maybe different programming would have helped maybe I just needed to eat more. I could keep progressing if I gained weight but yeah. You'll know when you train very hard and don't increase for 2 years
