I can't imagine him wanting to fight Thor again, you could see in Eddies face that he reslised the mountain he had to climb, pun intended

Eddies an idiot looked like he never boxed in his life he was counting on that wide right all night. Fighting on the outside while being 6 inches shorter. Sweating like a pig no conditioning at all smh good job Thor 💪🏽🏔

The funny part is that Joe Rogan said this is how it was looking like, you know someone that actually understand the fight business, and everyone was saying that Eddie looked so much better then Thor. Turns out Joe Rogan knew his shit, and the wheel punching hipsters didnt know much at all. Who knew....

Everyone wasn’t saying that, anyone that knew fighting could see Eddie would lose. He didn’t even have the basics down

Man first you had so much adrenaline pumping through you you almost forgot your fundamentals entirely, but you got right back on that almost immediately and fought him toe to toe the entire fight. Nice fight man. This was a fun to watch.

Congratulations Champ! Am so happy for you and your team! Enjoy it! You did yourself, your family, coach and supporters proud! There is no substitute for putting in the work, and mastering the fundamentals in any sport. When the first round bell rang it was clear there was only one boxer in the ring. You're a class act, in and out of the ring Thor! Your humility in victory stands in stark contrast to your opponent's arrogance and untamed tongue. Well done sir!

It’s was very evident that you trained, and trained, and trained. Supreme performance. Really wonderful job 🙌🏻 I would really hate to get punched by either of you, I can only imagine staring each other in the face was a bit frightening. You both are an inspiration!

Fantastic job. That last knockdown was sweet. Your progression is insane! One thing I haven't heard mentioned is how well Thor can take a punch. He's got a great chin. Congrats!

I thought the same thing. Eddie's haymakers, while although some times glancing off the shoulder came in really hard and Hafthor took it over and over in the initial stages of the fight without showing much sign of it affecting him. Very impressive. To be fair, Eddie also took those knockdowns pretty damn well considering you could see he got quite rocked on one of those. I'm impressed by both guys. I hope Eddie takes the loss ok and comes back stronger. I hope the guys can squash their beef eventually. Sure it makes them money and all, but it just doesn't seem healthy to hold on to this much longer.

The last press conference really made me lose all respect for Eddie. Glad you won this one. You really did the effort and maintained the class and respect, both for you and your adversary even after enduring all the trash talk.

I honestly will say the first time I saw Thor sparring I was thinking he didn’t look good at all he was slow stiff but his last sparring video was incredible his improvement in his striking was really amazing to see!! I have so much respect for him after seeing how much work he put in for this win!! He put a beating on Eddie! Congratulations Thor you are a real superhero!!!

The moment I saw Billy Nelson hugged and kissed Thor in the neck just before the beginning of the 1st round, I knew deep in my heart that Thor will win. It was truly a Rocky & Mikey moment! ❤️ "Genuine Hard work, Discipline, Learning the fundamentals, Listening to your coaches, Identifying, Accepting and Correcting your weaknesses, and being humble, composed and a first class gentleman", what a great winning combo! MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS THOR!!! 🥊🥇🇮🇸🌍🌎🌏 We are extremely, extremely Proud of you! You Did it!!! #THOR #TEAMTHOR #CHAMPION #VICTORY n.b. It was a global cheering for sure and it was 3 to 4 am here in Sri Lanka, and I too cheered from top of my lungs and woke up the 'entire' neighborhood! 🙂

I'm so glad Eddie 'the bully' Hall got put in his place. Hes been taunting Thor for years over something that happened 5 years. Eddie's behaviour over the last week was beyond disrespectful, I'm surprised hes got any fans left over that. Humbleness over arrogance! WELL DONE THOR💪❤
