It's funny you mention this! We have a handshake agreement with Lee English for him to utilize our Juniata Geep RetroKit for the next wave of hammerheads which, if Conrail, would be exclusively the Juniata Geep/EMD rebuild of the 211 (CR 9920). If you want to get ahead of the game, you can pick up a complete kit via our store (link below). I'm awaiting an undecorated hammerhead shell from Bowser, to which I'm going to apply our RetroKit; as a GVT Rail baby, I will be doing it as the 'LV 211' iteration, which was the iteration in the video. @@EDOTrains The Rochester & Southern is abandoned north of Stonewood Drive and is out of service north of Dewey Avenue. Otherwise, it's still used to service Kodak Park. The CSX line (Charlotte Runner) is still in intact all the way to the old Hojack Bridge over the parkway, but is out of service north of Boxart Street (no customers north of there - but they may sometimes use the runaround at the old Charlotte station).
