Hey coach I see u doing Reverse hamstring why is Rom so limited? Is that full Rom or is that only way to get multiple reps without getting assistance! Gonna toss those into my quad dominant workout today get my hammy fired up! Woorahh 2 weeks out

HIIT training typically - wingate or stationary bike is ideal.

What's the difference between MI40 and MI40X? Should you use both or is MI40X just an upgraded version?
