Just when you think your workout plan is on point, Ben comes along with new stuff. Not just here, but in every single vid of his I've seen so far. Ben, you're helping out a lot of people. Thanks for all you do!

Ben when using a resistance band would you recommend doing the concentric part of the movment slow and controlled or as explosiv as you can? Like the info you put out keep it up man!

P.P.P.S Im following ACSM's FITT principle for healthy pop. which most people cant believe haha. As like you I believe in research based training far most plausible, rather than listening to the biggest guy in the gym.

Ben, What's your opinion on leg day, should you do it all in one session, or should you split it into two different sessions, like one for quads and calves and one for hams and glutes?

Could you tell me the name of those bands please and where to buy online? Cheers.

I didn't get one thing: At the end of this video Ben recommends to pause at the bottom and at the top. But in the third video of the series, he teaches that one of the exercise's essentials is to mantain continuous motion/tempo (lesson n. 2), not stopping/resting at the bottom or top. In MI40 it is also not recommended to pause.. Can anybody tell me if I should pause or not? Thanks.

this would just be for a primer phase to ensure no extraneous movement when you're learning movement patterns!

Hey Ben, Love the videos, love MI40 (just finding a training partner to hit it with) and love the research based evidence you bring to bodybuilding, period!! P.S. Have would have seen Phil Heath's new line of supplements (Gifted Nutrition). Four of the shittest (possibly sell out) line of products going. Phil seems to be a absolutely great guy though, WTF. P.P.S One other variable that i think is very important is the longevity you bring to training.. Hats of two you baldy! ;)

Where does that "torso angle = shin angle" thing come from? It makes very little sense. It might end up like this for some athletes, but to aim for it seems highly misleading.
