When I first saw this video a few years ago I didn’t really know what it meant to fully contract a muscle. I thought “well the area that the muscle is located is shortened so of course it’s contracted” Now I’ve come full circle, I’ve put in countless of hours into the gym, youtube, and weight room certifications, and now can’t help but make weird faces and funny noises on every rep with lighter weight than I used to use because now I understand how to properly contract target areas. Ben Pakulski, Joe Bennett, Josh Vogel, and John Meadows are the heroes bodybuilding needs

Great informative video! Good to watch just before training hams!! 6.22 what’s with the look on that guys face, not even having the courtesy to make eye contact ?? He’s being taught by one of the best in the game yet he looks pissed off about it, I’m sure lots of us would like to take his place!!

Hey Ben awesome video. I have your MI40 program and i was wondering if you still recommend not having carbs at breakfast even though you may still have carbs before a workout ? Also would you recommend your system for a more of a strength oriented program? Thanks for the video!

if i were you i would eat roughly 75 grams of carbs sometime before you lift. if your carb stores are full you should use roughly 75g of liver glycogen while you sleep. top that up in the morning and save the rest of your carbs for after the workout. i believe this would be near optimal.

Why does Vince always has to screw Ben's videos when he is around? This is Ben's channel, if I wanted to get advice from a skinny fat bro science coach, then yes I'd go to Vince's channel. HMAX videos were a real pain in the butt to watch as Vince just talk too much and I can't stand seeing him cry all the time because it hurts, while doing the blowfish face.

The first IFBB Bodybuilder, who understand how to Train in Full Range and respekt the Tempo ( no Momentum). Thats the Way of Arthur Jones(nautilus), he tell this 50 Years ago, and NOW one of Tousand of Bodybuilder undersand this. But Mr. Pukulski, im not sure about you trainings volume, i think your Train to Much ( To much sets). Thumbs up for YOU!!!

There is a clear 'dose response' relationship between volume and hypertrophy (muscle gains) So, the more sets, and volume you carry out, the more hypertrophy (muscle gain) you will achieve.

When I tend to work on hamstrings, I cramp up alot. I stay hydrated and eat plenty of potassium and take vitimins. Why is that?

Randy Cowart maybe the position of your feet, try to touch your tibia with your feet during the hamstring exercises, let me know if it helped

whats really happening is that your tendons has shortened as a result of muscle repair. maybe at some point during your previous hamstring workout you went a little too intense too quickly. Not a bad thing.....but what you really need to do is stretch the hamstring with the idea to get it longer. Do stretches for 15 mins for a week. you would be good after that.
