There’s this place called Buffalo jump in Canada where there’s a painting showing how the Indians would chase the animals over a cliff There was no waste Hundreds at a time would be processed by the the local natives They ate housed and clothed themselves with bison

Not just a site, folks could feel the Bison herds moving across the plains, like Thunder and earthquake at the same time. If you were new to this country can you imagine how frightening thousands of Bison moving were to new comers to these lands.

Last week I went to visit my daughter in Dallas. I took her neice to visit. My daughter Amy made tacos with Bison meat. My granddaughters request was tacos. They were really good. We did not tell my granddaughter it was not beef and she ate her usual 3 tacos 😃. She is a picky eater if it is not exactly what she is used to eating. We will tell her after she has had Bison a few times. They are beautiful animals. God put them on earth for more than just being majestic. Stay Safe and God Bless.

Please let me say...Daniel, thank you for being such a positive roll model and for showing young boys,, young men,, what a REAL MAN ACTS LIKE AND HOW HE PROVIDES FOR THE FAMILY. There is so much disfunction in today's society. We need GOOD guys to teach these guys the really important things. Holy cow....you are doing just that whether you know it or not. And for always including others to join the family. Jacoby and his brother are just precious. Well behaved, eager to learn...and sometimes we get to see a smile. I pray for Continued good health and whatever your family needs. Hugs from Utah. I wish I could call you my kid....but I did have 2 just like you.

I follow Dusty and I love to watch him interact with his bison. I think at the very tail end I saw kitt and her baby in with Big Joe. I know Dunbar. I think 1 of those yearling heifers is eleanor. I thought I figured her out. They have beautiful eyes. I watched them eating. I happen to run across Daniel's video with something about bison so I clicked it on to watch. I was watching Daniel also, but get so many sites I can't keep up on them all. A very good video about Dusty and his bison. Thank you.

Back when I was a kid, our little town here in Michigan used to have an annual “Buffalo Barbecue.” One of the doctors at the small hospital..Dr. Cummings(The Buffalo Doctor) raised a small herd of bison and he would donate meat every year. The meat was always ground up, so it was pretty much like sloppy joes. It was really good and some of us had this theory that they really used beef instead of bison. But anyway..thanks so much for sharing Dusty’s herd. :)
