Not just a site, folks could feel the Bison herds moving across the plains, like Thunder and earthquake at the same time. If you were new to this country can you imagine how frightening thousands of Bison moving were to new comers to these lands.

Last week I went to visit my daughter in Dallas. I took her neice to visit. My daughter Amy made tacos with Bison meat. My granddaughters request was tacos. They were really good. We did not tell my granddaughter it was not beef and she ate her usual 3 tacos 😃. She is a picky eater if it is not exactly what she is used to eating. We will tell her after she has had Bison a few times. They are beautiful animals. God put them on earth for more than just being majestic. Stay Safe and God Bless.

Back when I was a kid, our little town here in Michigan used to have an annual “Buffalo Barbecue.” One of the doctors at the small hospital..Dr. Cummings(The Buffalo Doctor) raised a small herd of bison and he would donate meat every year. The meat was always ground up, so it was pretty much like sloppy joes. It was really good and some of us had this theory that they really used beef instead of bison. But anyway..thanks so much for sharing Dusty’s herd. :)
