My mother has pelvic organ prolapse, 72 yrs old. I want to do easy inversion, head down position for her. Can you show easy way for senior citizens using chair or any support?

Yes, can do. Is she practicing presently? For now, block between legs and lift up. Look at my classes for Shoulder Stand in the chair. Can she do that? Ropes, shoulderstand in chairs? Bharadvajasana in chair with block. All can be done lifting. Please tell me more about her current condition and ability. Many 70 year olds are strong and practicing. But many do not. Please tell me more so I can do something appropriate for her. Namaste, Kathy
