Alondra has been in possession of Kristin's two children. Kristin is Alondra's niece. The two do not get along at all! Alondra is sick of Kristin putting more time into laying edges than being a mom and wants Kristin to pay child support.

Jokes aside, it makes me really sad when she says “she’s making all these girls hair but has never even laid a finger on either of her daughters hair” that’s heartbreaking and any real mother would’ve felt awful from a statement like that

As a mother myself, that breaks my heart tremendously. I love my own daughter and I’m always playing with her hair I can never leave it alone she has a ton of hair. The fact she doesn’t want anything to do with her daughter or kids is really disappointing. Knowing a bunch of people would love to adopt children but never can because of people like these just popping out babies and wanting nothing to do with them.

Who else is gonna take in those babies like that and raise them. She knows that they have a MUCH better chance with her than with the Momma. She doesn't want them to end up like her. I have a feeling, she's right, tho, and that girl is pregnant again, and Auntie is going to be raising 3.

This happens more often then people think. My wife and I were able to finally adopt a little boy that was abandoned at our day care at 14 days old and the adoption was final on his second birthday. The mother didn't willingly give up her rights. After hearing testimony at the hearing to have her rights revoked the judge told her that she was lucky we were licensed because she should be looking at criminal charges. He then told her that he had doubts that she should be allowed alone in a room let alone with a child. He then told her it wasn't our fault or her son's fault that we were there. That if anyone had to suffer it was going to be her and at our sons age he would be devastated if he was removed from the people who loved and cared for him and He was not doing that.

@nicolehegarty4749 You can adopt. I worked with a single Jewish woman in the late 1980's and she adopted 2 black children. They were cheaper, she said. I was beyond shocked, and puzzled because I didn't know that money was involved in adoption outside of legal fees. She got the boy first, Joshua and then a girl, Rachel. I've often wondered how they fared, cause she was a tiny woman, and, she didn't cook! I wonder how she managed with him during the hip hop,rap music, radio playing age, and sneaker phase. 😅

I raised five children as a single-parent father. Two of my children I had since they were only 4 months old and 1 1/2 years old. I worked full time, and paid for everything for them without and family or friends to help support me. My children's mothers never paid me any child support money, not even .50 cents, ever! I am so glad to see this judge holding these parents accountable to financially help support their children at last! My five children are now all grown, three of them finished their college educations and one is a firefighter. They all played sports and three of them were classical, jazz musicians, and vocalists. I invested all of my time and money for the sake of my children, while their mothers never did anything for them! The gates of hell are open waiting for two of them to arrive! One has already passed away and hopefully made it into Heaven.

Well, there's definitely some "where to" and "thereby" that you wouldn't know unless you end up in support court. Ex: I found out that even if the non custodial parent buys the child's clothing or pays for school, etc in addition to/or in place of support, that is considered a gift(s)if a child support order is in place. You HAVE TO pay thru Child Support in order for it to count. My ex had done some of those things, when I told that to the judge she smiled, thanked me for being honest then informed me those are gifts and he is now in arrears (which is why we were in court). He damn near fainted. 🤭🤭

I’m in total shock! I’ve been watching these videos for a few days now and I can’t believe people who are making 80 thousand plus per year are getting food Stamps and medical from the state Meaning I’m paying for these people and their children. 😡I thought my taxes helped pay for the poor. This is very disturbing!

Although $80,000 seems like a lot, depending on where you live, it isn't. I live in New York city, where the median rent in the bronx is $2,000 and up and brooklyn is $3,957 (these are for 1 bedroom apartments)... A person living here would have to make at least $50 an hour or more. To live here without struggle, one would need to make at least $120,000 anually... Land tax is extremely high here. Food is expensive, even if you don't do takeout. Transit (trains/buses), petrol, bills... very costly. Many folks here are pretty much just getting by.

The actual recipients are very often "poor" because the people who should be supporting them (or at least HELP with supporting them) aren't doing what they should. I don't blame the auntie for filing for medical care help or food assistance. Kids should be able to see a doctor when they're sick and they deserve food in their bellies.

She's going to find some else to pawn those children off on so she can avoid paying the $1,590 child support order. Everything we need to know about her can be summed up by the cheap and unhealthy food she brings her children three times a month. But yeah, where are the baby daddies?

@@commandericeman8588 I think the kids will be ok with the cheap and unhealthy food she brings in that it is one or two times a month. Her saying that she feeds her then come to find out it is 2 happy meals a month is ridiculous. What does she think they eat the other 88 meals a month? I am glad they are making her pay back for the kids' health insurance. The kids deserve health insurance and she can not be trusted to provide insurance but taxpayers should not be footing the bill.

I did a couple of math calculations after hearing this case. Suppose the mother child support expenses were $2000 per month and her income was 65,000 per year. Then, the mother would pay only $24,000 a year for her kids, leaving her with around $30 to 40k. How was the biological mother not able to pay??? Shoutout to all the parents and guardians of children and who actually take the time to take care of them.
