@stephaniejean732422 күн бұрын
I didn’t even think the prompts from Jubilee were that great to begin with. I noticed that the non-vegans were really only relating veganism with health/diet/nutrition and the vegans were strictly focused on the liberation, non violence, and basic rights of animals. I cannot stand the amount of arguments against veganism when the people arguing against it don’t even know what it means. Anyway, hopefully they cast for a pt 2 and make sure the focus is on the real philosophy of veganism ✌🏻

@Changeling9au22 күн бұрын
@@bryant475 Beans and tofu are cooked/processed (most beans, anyway). Biologically, we're a frugivorous species. We clearly aren't equipped to hunt/kill/devour animals without the aid of fire and technology. However, much the same can be said about grains, (most) beans, highly starchy vegetables (and fruits such as eggplant). The mistakes that many "raw vegans" make include eating *only* fruit (frugivorous includes leafy greens, and some nuts and seeds), not drinking enough water, eating too many "treats" such as excessive consumption of nut butters, not eating enough, among other errors well known and spoken about by knowledgeable natural hygienists such as TheRawKey. I'm currently in the process of transitioning to the natural hygiene diet. However, one thing I can say for certain: If I find myself failing on it, I will not be using that as an excuse to go back to abusing animals!

Just because most women bleed does not mean they are supposed to. In other words, it is possible to ovulate and not to menstruate. Interestingly, most women who do stop bleeding do so because they are unhealthy and are not ovulating because their body fat % has dropped below 12%. This is where these people are confused. Once again, it is possible to ovulate and not to menstruate.

Anxiety can also occur due to a lack of hydration, drinking plenty of water is important, the caloric deficit can also generate anxiety. Many fake vegans say they have had health problems while I am convinced that many left veganism out of weakness and lack of ethics, they simply wanted to eat meat again and therefore find all the unimaginable excuses to blame veganism. But the cause of all their worries has absolutely nothing to do with diet. They may have given in to social pressure.

You don't kill something you love. I'm not sure who I heard ask this question first, but I always ask it and still, in 6 years of being vegan, haven't gotten a real answer: "What's the moral justification for killing something that doesn't want to die if it's not necessary?" You know, as I get older, I have less and less tolerance for stupidity. We all know that a carnivore diet is going to lead to a cardiovascular event and poor metabolic health. When I first went plant based, I tried to educate people I knew but they just didn't want to hear it and they just continued to do what they did. After 6 years, I'm like, "You know what? Enjoy your heart attack or stroke. I don't' have the patience anymore." Does that make me a bad person? Maybe. But so is harming animals for nothing more than temporary taste pleasure.
@snaxximan573722 күн бұрын
Your question is misleading. You already assume that its not necessary. Thats false from the get go. Humans are designed to consume animals. Thats just how evolution works. I could also ask you "Why does the brain have reduced functionality on a vegan diet?" Why wont you answer that question? Maybe because i put an assumption in it? You dont want an answer, you want to prove your own point.
