While you're still waiting, here are some tips. Frequency masking is caused by bad sound choice and arrangement. First, choose sounds that complement each other without clashing. If you have sounds that you REALLY like but they clash then arrange them in a way that they don't hit at the same time. Otherwise, trying to fix masking problems during mixing is a lose-lose situation. All the best.

In level 1 @3:17 you mentioned applying fruity peak controller on the mix, but your screen shows applying it to the kick. Which did you mean?

You put the controller on the kick, from the kick channel you sidechain this track only on the 808 channel. Then link to controller on the 1st or 2nd band of the parametric eq.
