Bought 3 packs used. Owner did not delete them out of his network. When i tried to set them up at my office, all 3 yielded that they have been registered to another network, need to contact previous owner to have them deleted out of old network. I couldnt get a hold of the previous owner so i performed the factory reset on all 3 packs. They worked. I was able to setup all 3 to my network. Easy peasy!!!

doesn’t turn on when you plug it, like, for example, those a blackout came out out of nowhere and then later the power went on, you check on your device and somehow it’s not turning on you take out the plug and plug it back in and it doesn’t turn on and no light turned at all what kind of situation should I do? (I’m using a wireless eero 6+ just to make sure)

How long you have to wait for the eero to turn blue? I have the same issue with mine, keeps blinking and never comes blue

Yeah finally found some videos on what the blue/purple light was for, hard reset, eero doesn’t have very detailed instruction booklet just a flyer in the box, what in the world but download the app and it tells you everything, except for when you put your number or email in and it says doesn’t know this number so after ten tries it finally said oh let us send you a verification code to your phone ugh 😑 I could have just threw that dam thing across the road geez and got my old router out. But I of course sat there until everything started to work, then I rechecked all the devices to make sure no one else was trying to get on the network. Ugh 😑 eero needs to have an detail instruction booklet that tells you everything step by step while of course downloading the app. Geez 🙄

Hopefully you figured it out by now, but you can just unplug your modem and main eero then plug it back in and it should work.

0/10,ive had a newer eero for a month now and oh boy am i gonna down the guy that picks it up lmao,Eero is junk,save yourself time and use a different provider,my phone's will connect no problem but my ps5 and pc wont connect even with a ethernet cable,i havnt played a online game in 23 days,i even have 2 routers through my house
