You hardly get to see the Palakkad Kiryathil Nair tharvadu. Absolutely stunning artwork of teak wood. Their culture, their living style and humbleness. Palakkad overall has lost its charm due to political fight and caste rivalries. It's a hidden treasure but totally neglected

Such a beautiful mana .To see such a place of grandeur crumbling into dust is heartbreaking Each solid pillar mounted with exquisite carved work, still stands proudly. Can any carpenter of today~~~~ whose work is digitally designed , computer assisted and whose work is eased with the use of power tools...despite all these amenities ....can they ever match the sureness of touch or matchless skillscof the carpenters who have gifted this house to Palakkat? Deep sadness is felt, on witnessing such a heritage home, so full of history being swallowed by the winds of change.. Thank you for this video. However , I have a request. The music you have chosen for this video, in a way shows disrespect to this magnificent structure. Can you please change it ?. Even, no music, will be perfect. Thank you.
