thanks a lot for reminding this épisode . I am French lebanese and i remember flying with 30 people from my company from our London and NY office into miami . I was arrested and questionned for 2 hours .... just because I had a muslim name . The worst is that no one from my company , my managers tried to check on me or tried to speak to immigration .... It was ok to treat me like this because I am an Arab. In the middle east , we still have the 3 religions so really no one can profile us according to the religion . We were all suspects overnight and I did not see anyone getting offended by the way we were treated .On my way way back to London , they called all the arabic names and asked them to leave the plane for further investigation ... absolutely not shocked by what is happening .... people idioty has no limits

This reminds me of my great grandmother who was born in Canada and whose family had been here long before WWI but lived in a German community in what was then known as Berlin, Ontario. It was renamed Kitchener because of anti-German sentiment. In the same vein, she was not allowed to learn German for her safety. They spoke in the house and church but wouldn’t teach her in case it put her in danger outside of their community. The community and her family, my family, were Canadian just as much as I am today but they lost a big chunk of their culture as a result of fear. I pray that it doesn’t happen to Russians, it isn’t their fault that a dictator and mad man has taken control of their homeland. Just remember to be kind to others always ❤️

@@digidope Businesses don't care about ethics, you can list most of the big western businesses you know and I bet you they have done a lot to cover up bad stuff they are doing and did in the past. Countries invading countries is no new news to us but the actions taken by the companies and governments will set a precedent for the whole world. There's a boost of hypocrisy right now, I wish everyone had a clear mind to see what's actually going on. Splitting up our small planet by unnecessary provocation and wars isn't a thing I will support all sides are wrong. This planet is all we have, if we continue to support the unwise leaders, we will sink so deep that evil will be desensitised. Example; 1) A government that is fighting global warming says in the name of it's personal interests crude oil producers should ramp up production to reduce cost. No wise or sensible person will ever support such people. Just ask yourself if we had wise leaders if there will be wars, poverty, blatant social engineering etc. We can unfucked the world but almost everyone is unconcerned.
@HAA_Order
@HAA_Order 2 жыл бұрын
@@digidope I understand your point of view but I'm not saying they leaving is wrong but I'm saying the businesses don't really care about ethics and governments don't really about everyone like you think. If you live on this planet and you think any politician has your back then you are extremely blind and too naive to trust. Russia won't be weak forever and also no one can really predict the amount of innovation that will come from Russia. You see that's the problem with everyone, everyone is taking sides instead being the third person that brings everyone together. Don't be like everyone because through out history 99.9% people have been fools to another man's selfish gains by creating divisions like race, land, culture, political ideologies etc. If we are all willing to stand up to them believe you me the world will change and remember we are all one.
