Been doing this one for quite a while! I usually loop one end around the upright of my 4 poster so I can jog in my bedroom. It's so good, I even told my doctor about it a few weeks ago :) Wonderful for those who can't get outside or don't have a treadmill.

I tried a sprinting workout with the band attached to my door. This is my second week. My husband told me I look smaller. I just ordered Bob and Brad’s bands. I can’t wait to try them. Thanks so much for this great tip.

These would be great. I think I would suggest getting a roll of painters tape or something to make a mark on the floor rather than using the shelf liner, painters tape could be left on the floor or taken up each time. and no trip risk

Great idea. A word of caution though, to be careful of falls either due to the band pulling you back (if you over-extended and lose your grip/leverage/balance), slipping or snapping.

@beegee14913 жыл бұрын
Every band set comes with a door anchor that you can use. Just skip it between the door and the trim on the hinge side if possible. If you must mount it on the latch side, try to put it on the side that will pull the door closed.

Bob and Brad, please get better microphones...good lav mics are really inexpensive. And if you prefer the mic "look" of the ones you are using, you could still wear them, but just actually use the MUCH better lav mics that you can hide under your shirt (many GREAT lav mics are under $40). I just think your quality would 10x, and actually give us a better feeling of your authentic enthusiasm!!! I love you guys, hope that helps!!!
@louisd957143 жыл бұрын
I think the combination of a treadmill and resistance bands would work best. Use thr treadmill for fast walking with incline, then use the resistance bands for HIIT, which would be much safer than doing that on a treadmill. I already have the treadmills, so time to purchase the resistance bands.
