Thank you SO much David for this great video! Also the one for Lower back, hamstrings and legs is absolutely AMAZING! I have been feeling pain for the past 2 years in those areas, and I am finally starting to feel some relief. @doyogawithme: Do you have any video recommendations for those of us suffering from a heel spur? The usual calf stretches have not brought any relief. Thank you for your amazing videos and work, David. You are really made for this and such a blessing to all of us! :-)
