i made the same thing but i threw the uncooked pasta in with zucchini after it was cooked and threw a carton of chicken broth on top of the zucchini and pasta and let the pasta cook in that. then after the pasta was cooked and the chicken broth evaporated i added pecorino and greek yogurt and it was Delicioso .. If you want some protein in there added shrimp makes it perfecto!
