Girl don’t say nothing and go to the interview and get the job. Let it go and get paid. We are in a pandemic and rent is going up.

Personally. I wouldn't take the deal. I'd keep it to myself but decline his recommendation. If I get the job I want it to be because I'm qualified and my interview went well. I don't want someone like him thinking we're doing each other favors. He's only out for himself and truth comes to light regardless.

@Kelle Nelson I mean decline what he's offering. If he wants to put in a good or bad word there's no controlling it.

Use this as a stepping stone to get hired and get that bag girl

He answered the question honestly. She shouldn't feel hurt about the answer. And it is in no way blackmail, he is simply offering her a recommendation. In return for her discretion about their one date. If he had said, if you don't keep quiet then I'll ruin your chances. That's blackmail. But what he did was offer a deal. Of course, she can just go into the interview without his recommendation and still get the job. In that case there is no need for the deal. But going into an interview with a recommendation of an employee greatly increases her chances of getting hired. It's her decision as to whether or not to take this deal.

He quietly said that though... If you keep quiet I'll give a recommendation. If she doesn't keep quiet then what will he say? 🤔
@Rudy-oh9wc2 жыл бұрын
@@reneemcguinness2136 He didn't though. He doesn't need to give a recommendation for her to get hired on her own merit. But a recommendation from an employee of the company could possibly put her over the top when it comes to the hiring process. If she decides to disclose this information to the people who are interviewing her or the hiring manager, that literally ruins her own chances to get hired at that company. So they would be no benefit for her to say something at all. Because as someone who has hired plenty of people, the last thing I need is drama between employees. The man in this situation wouldn't need to say anything. He could keep quiet, if she said something, the most likely outcome would be that the hiring manager would disregard her from being hiring. Not because the man told them to, but because that's the last thing that a company would want in a new hire.

@Kelle Nelson i literally explained how it's not blackmail. She doesn't need his recommendation to get hired, she could get hired by her own merits. The recommendation only elevates her chances. Her getting hired does NOT solely rest on his recommendation. Also, I did not say anything about it being ok for a man to cheat.
@Rudy-oh9wc2 жыл бұрын
@Kelle Nelson Nope, you clearly don't get it. It does not benefit her at all to say anything. The only thing that will do is expose he cheated. But how does that help her? It doesn't at all. So it's better to accept the deal, get the recommendation and move on.

She’s not getting that job. I’m sure he listened to this knowing it’s a radio show. Lol so now he knows y’all been talking about HR and the ball is in her court if she gets hired.. He is definitely not gonna let her get hired.

Right, but then she could blackmail him. It's NOT good for him no matter what he does. AND, he deserves whatever he gets.
