@@sub2me543 look at some of his races at championships, when he's behind and approaching the line it seems like he just shuts down. Compare that to relays, when he's in the lead he's gone.

Mental health is a great concept yet most ignored. Very few channels talk about this. Great content once again 🙌

He’d still have been destroyed by Bolt, there’s no debate. I do agree he had a great chance in 2007 which he sadly didn’t capitalise on

@@TheSprintProject_ Wow! 🤩 Thanks for answering... I'm footballer, and I'm training for a soccer trial in a month and want to improve faster, but I want to be as fastest as possible, I love speed 🔥⚡ and I'm combining with strength and plyo, cognitive, and technique programs but it's a little bit difficult, to put it all together in a week... I think the disconnect here is how the CNS (mental health) programs both the neuromuscular & musculoskeletal systems to bring about an Amazing performance 🎭. And vagus nerve + cranial nerves play a key role in performance.

Sir I'm a beginner sprinter so what do you recommend me : build strength base before sprinting or do both sprint work and strength work ? Not onlY that should I implement plyometrics in my workout ?

@ThePassionofSprinting2 жыл бұрын
@@saugatphuyal850 no not really , when your are a beginner you are able to do the same exercises like everybody , just with less weight in the Weightroom and probably less runs on the track
