This is a great way to bring back old videos that still hold up in terms of data for newer subscribers. Thanks for posting!

I always had tremendous respect for this channel. Now that I'm working on my PhD, I have even more appreciation for the high-quality information of this channel, and I can further appreciate the level of detail and work that goes into reading and interpreting massive amounts of data and studies.

I regularly come back to your video about all the benefits of exercise when I am feeling low on motivation, it might be my most rewatched youtube video ever 😅

Where is this mythical "nice weather?" I was shaky and nauseous from overheating after taking a 30 minute walk this morning. Even my basement where my rowing machine is located is too hot for me to exercise in. Being heat sensitive in the era of climate change is MISERABLE.

I find it much more tolerable to go out for exercise at dawn (in the summer) while temperatures are still low, and plan to be back mid-morning before it gets hot.
