My old friend in the know used to say cheddar cheese was good to give a diabetic that needed a jolt. However, it doesn't raise my BS-CGM one iota. Go for the white, undyed aged cheddar, yum yum

I wouldn't call dark chocolate as food. Or Olive oil or macademia nuts for that matter. These are just snacks!

I am an 85% girl I mix it w coconut oil and macadamia to make a Nutella like treat. I also just got bogo gourmet mushrooms for tonight's dinner. I'm also on a fermented kick. Kimchi and saurkraut.

i eat most on these foods and agree with your comments sounds very sensible, capers, olives ,lentils , bean mix, jalapenos, crunchy straight peanut butter ,all those in vinegar , pears help my movements at 76 in aussie, great straight forward info.

You can fish for wild caught salmon on Lake Michigan charter boat, in many Oregon rivers during spawning, they are a really enjoyable catch and fileted meal.

I have always loved olives! currently I have them as a side with my lunch. And I add coconut oil to my coffee. I tried keto coffee but the butter got to be too much. thank you for the video!

I drink 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the mother and juice of 1/2 a lemon mixed in 8 oz water every morning when I wake up and 3 hours before bed. No issues.

Incorporate the vegetable that’s called bitter gourd into your salad or just plainly steam them without the seeds & eat them as a side dish to any source of your protein. ✌🏼❤️😎🇵🇭🇺🇸

It contains some lead and cadmium. However the same goes for fish. I think the benefits still outweigh the cons

Why does coconut oil give me this weird reaction. I start loosing my eyesight from one eye in a very dramatic way we’re I can actually feel or see this happening. Any thoughts?

Thank you. I learned a lot from your videos. Someone I know has Type 2 diabetes and because of it they have PCOS, heart disease and kidney disease. Is it safe for them to follow your diet and take vitamins such as Berberine?

Ive heard cheese contains insulin IGF-1 that is similar to the insulin We have in our body and also that it is inflammatory and can raise testosterone my favorite food is cheese and i can live on it but i have pcos and is so scared of it 😅

Don’t count calories. Eat enough protein, don’t fear fat, and your calorie needs will fall into place.

I'm a mostly carnivore, but I like beer. I regularly test my blood sugar, and it ranges between 90 and 108 after I eat. I must admit though ; nothing, lowers my blood sugar, and for hours like beer does...

Alcohol lowers blood sugar, but not for a good reason 😅 As soon as alcohol enters your system your body prioritises getting it out ASAP and puts all other metabolic processes on hold. This includes fat burning and also includes your liver releasing glucose, so blood sugar goes down.
