I drink 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the mother and juice of 1/2 a lemon mixed in 8 oz water every morning when I wake up and 3 hours before bed. No issues.

I'm a mostly carnivore, but I like beer. I regularly test my blood sugar, and it ranges between 90 and 108 after I eat. I must admit though ; nothing, lowers my blood sugar, and for hours like beer does...

Alcohol lowers blood sugar, but not for a good reason 😅 As soon as alcohol enters your system your body prioritises getting it out ASAP and puts all other metabolic processes on hold. This includes fat burning and also includes your liver releasing glucose, so blood sugar goes down.
