a smoothie consisting of strawberries, unsweetened carton coconut milk, lemon flavoured omega 3 oils ( you can’t really taste this ) flaxseed meal, pea protein powder and chia seeds is my go to breakfast! i also add inositol into a glass of water and drink along side it 🙂

I've read that we should be aiming to get ~40 grams of protein per meal, but here you split a small spoonful of protein powder between two servings. So I'm curious about your view on protein.

I have attempted this a couple of times and I find it impossible to stomach without any type of sweetness. Is there anything we can add?

Maybe honey? I usually add coconut milk plus a banana for the sweetness and add chia in the end to let it swell up.

After it sets I always add a tablespoon of maple syrup. Or if you want calorie free, add splenda.

If you don’t want any calories just use stevia drops I put it on everything ,my oatmeal, smoothies without adding any calorie

Is truvia a good sweetener? I've switched to a lot of stevia and erythritol sweetened foods and it has helped so much with me kicking out normal sweets.
