Hope hummus is the only one I have found that uses olive oil instead of the canola and sunflower…..wish there were more. Love the granola Mary’s crackers and plantains!

We are also a family of three and we eat a lot of fruit and veggies. When you eat less processed stuff, you eat more produce. And yeah, i think she's gluten free.

To me it's a normal amount for a family - three meals per day and snacks containing lots of fresh produce, it goes fast! I see it by the amount of veggies I chop daily.:)

I love that Keto granola. I've been waiting for it to go on sale so I can stock up! We really enjoyed the almond flour tortillas. But they were so tiny. Make sure you follow the directions and warm up in a pan. I miss burritos since I've been gluten free.

You should really look into the Celery powder. It has natural nitrates which is why manufactures use instead of artificial nitrates. But unlike artificial nitrates, nitrates from natural sources are not regulated.
