Nutrition is an essential part of becoming a complete and better hockey player. When you change your diet you start feeling better, recovering better, and performing better.
And it will get you stronger both mentally and physically.
Nutrition is a game-changer for fat loss, muscle gaining, recovery, and making sure you are properly fueled.
It is not enough to just train and it is not enough to just fo the skill work. You need to get the proper nutrition in place to make sure you are properly recovering from one session to the next.
Remember...you aren't what you do, you only are what you RECOVER from.
Hockey nutrition is its own world. There is a big difference between eating clean and eating like a hockey player.
