Tip for easy removal of pomegranate seeds… cut in half, put in palm of hand seed side down and whack with a wooden spoon. Easy peasy.

Plantains are full of nutrition and so good for babies. Let them ripe, slice and sauté them in ghee ,even though sprinkling a little sugar on top takes it to another level:D.

No criticism….I love your channel and everything you produce. Just sharing that non organic oatmeal is grown in Monstanto roundup which has been known to cause cancer. Unfortunately they made their made growing station in Puerto Rico ( my parents were raised there) and many people who live in that immediate area have gotten cancer. Just thinking about you, your family but especially Sagey🙂
