Sanne Vloet is one of my favorite models, who often cooks some kind of oatmeal for breakfast. The recipe is perfect. It’s the nutrient-dense and low-calorie oatmeal that still taste indulgent. And in this video, I will show you how to cook the oatmeal that I learned from her vlog.
【Ingredients】
Main Ingredients
Oatmeal, 1/2 cup (40g), 160 kcal
Purified water, 1 cup, 0 kcal
2-3 Egg whites/eggs, 40 kcal
One small ripe Banana, 60 kcal
Ground Flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon, 30 kcal
Chia seeds, 1 teaspoon, 40 kcal
Optional toppings:
Peanut butter, 1 tbsp, about 70 kcal
Fruit (blueberry, raspberry, wolfberry), 1 small bowl, about 50 kcal
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews), a handful, about 50 kcal
