Learn how to make healthy breakfast bars for a sweet start to your day. 🍒🍌🌱

Ingredients:
2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (160g)
3/4 Cup Dried Cranberries (120g)
1/2 Cup Almonds, Chopped (60g)
1/4 Cup Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds (32g)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (2.6g)
1 Ripe Banana
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk, Unsweetened (360ml)
1 Tablespoon Honey (15ml)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the oats, cranberries, almonds, seeds, and cinnamon. Set aside. In another larger bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the almond milk and honey and whisk together. Fold in the dry ingredients until well combined.
2. Lightly coat an 8 by 11 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly spread the oatmeal into the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 - 40 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
3. Let cool completely in baking dish. Cut into bars.

I just took these out of the oven and they smell heavenly!! I added raisins and mini chocolate chips and sunflower seeds. Excellent recipe thank you!

I want to try this tomorrow morning. Hopefully they're not too sweet so I have a chance of saving them for breakfast next week. I have some left over pumpkin seeds I may add in the mix. Thanks for sharing!

I made these today, the 1st batch was her exact recipe and it’s not too sweet at all so it’d be perfect for your breakfast. The 2nd batch I added peanut butter, pumpkin spice, 2 tsp honey and a dash of pink sea salt it was perfect for my taste which is on the sweeter side

This oatmeal bar recipe is just super tasty. I tried my hands on it and I was drooling at the first sip. I actually used the Gluten free whole instant oatmeal from True Elements and it turned out to be super delicious.

Oats are Gluten free by default, Don't be conned to buying Gluten Free Oats, that's like saying Gluten Free Water. Also are you one of the world's 0.5% that is Celiac or are you just jumping on the fake fad that thinks Gluten Free is healthy?

I substituted banana for Medjool Dates and less honey, it's healthier than honey and gives a lovely texture.

I love dried cranberries in oatmeal bar !! But the sugar amount is high so I usually opt for dried dates. Thanks for sharing your recipe !!

swap dates for banana and honey, it's much healthier than honey and gives a better flavour and texture than banana

I tried it but,in the inside it turned out super soft but the crust was already brown-ish so I took them out of the oven Are they supposed to be like that or should I leave them longer in the oven But super great video thanks❤
