Occasionally, I rewatch videos in case my experience level was different the first time around. I’m so glad I rematches this video because since it was first published, I happened to buy a toaster oven with a specific dehydration feature. Like others who commented, I’d love to see a video about making dehydrated cat treats because although you described it well (halve the water content and dehydrate), you’re bound to share other tidbits of information during the filming, plus a dedicated video about it would be a perfect addition to your Cat Stuff area which, at the time of this writing, now includes 102 unique videos! Thanks for all that you do, Jasmin!

In the UK the pet food company Thrive does freeze-dried treats that are 100% meat. Not the cheapest option, but low effort and you don't need to keep them in the fridge.

I put three chicken thigh bones out for the cats( 3 of my own and 4 foster kittens). They licked them but no one bit down on them. Surprised me!

Thanks for the good info. I would love to see how you make the snacks in the oven. My cats are almost done with the process of completely eating raw food. I though like you said raw bone fresh from the thighs would be fantastic, NOPE, they wasted it. I couldn’t believe it. Not sure if because they need a lot more time to kick their carnivorous in them, or what. Sometimes I want to gave up. I did the parmesan cheese, catnip, even cat grass on their food. Tuna juice or sardines. I am not buying expensive snacks online. The whole point to make raw food at home is wasted. It is not cheap to do it, but that’s my limit. God bless you!!!

I have read that feeding liver daily is bad because it can cause vitamin A toxicity? So is it ok to include it in the raw food recipe?

You want to let it thaw out a little bit, but since they're so small, it shouldn't take long :) since it is a snack it's okay if it's a little cold (unlike the meals - which you always want to warm up, check out the Cat Stuff playlist for a video on how to do this!) Thanks for watching Hano!

Please be carefull giving cats meat/chicken/fish with bones in them.Cats have been known to die from eating bones .
