Healthy Stir fried Tofu Donburi/Rice bowl recipe | | kurumicooks easy Japanese home cooking

If you ever fancy a meat free dish that is full of protein and super tasty too - then this stir fried tofu donburi/rice bowl recipe is for you!
People say tofu doesn't have any flavour and it looks bland. Well, it is very easy to flavour tofu and a little bit of stirt frying turns it a lovely toasty brown coloud - so no problem really! The sauce I use here contains some soy sauce, mirin and some oyster sauce, so it really give the tofu a rich flavour. I hope you check this out - it's delicious and good for you too!

Yaki tofu is used for making Sukiyaki. I have sukiyaki recipe. But you can still use yaki tofu for this recipe as well. When you fry yaki tofu gently .
