Lovely content, thanks guys!! Now Steve if you don't mind me asking, could you please in the next podcast with Dean and Kurt discuss about the efficacy of the subc administration of different aas (not only test) in moderate dosages? This will be a good debate since Kurt since is strongly against running gear subc. I find it superb, 0,4ml daily of test+primo went smooth as butter, zero sides or complications.

I’m a big fan of subQ admin… it ends up in the same place, just the pharmacodynamics are different. With long esters there is no real difference, some short esters ie acetate/proprionate in rapidly dispersing oils like MCT may have an advantage with SubQ admin as it slows down systemic absorption a bit. I inject up to 0.5cc oil with a 31g slin pin without any issue.

So just to set the record straight and not spreading misinformation on your podcasts Steve this is how it is in the UK at the moment. Helen Panther who runs the BPA now broke away from the ukbff to make her own federation so this is where the confusion may of occurred. Great podcast tho keep up the good work 👏

I’m completely addicted to Kratom. I use around 30g/day. I think the only reason why I don’t stop is because it has not negatively impacted my life and has virtually no health side effects but I do not like the fact that I am completely dependent on it and have withdrawal symptoms after around 16 hours of not using it.

Kratom is good shit. My buddy just started selling it. Definitely a good option to pain meds. Its not as potent, but it takes the edge off
@NicolasDiPietro-gd7qo5 ай бұрын
Kratom isn’t bad .. but being dependent on it puts a mental strain on living a normal life. Gabapentin and a SNRI (to help with nerve pain and body aches) should help getting off of Kratom. It’s not going to be easy but it’s doable and just believe your mind doesn’t need it. Good luck bro

Methylene Blue daily at 10mg might be good for those with high hematocrit right?
@VigorousSteve5 ай бұрын
From what I've seen, from 10mg daily onwards it starts to lower Hematocrit in bodybuilders on erythropoietic compounds. The dose might be a lot lower if you don't run EQ or Primo or Anadrol.

Is it common to need a small amount of insulin on say 4-5iu GH? My fasting insulin was only 6 but bloodsugar was 95. I feel like my pancreas just isn’t keeping up so I’m considering adding in a basal insulin
@KenE2525255 ай бұрын
1:01:30 So this makes me wonder if methylene blue would be good for lowering my excessively high haematocrit? Or could this cause unwanted complications?
@bigbob215 ай бұрын
I don’t have experience with high hematocrit, so take what you will from a KZbin comment: I keep hearing on bodybuilding forums lately with guys running 1-2, 5g of gear… they all say, just drink more water/hydrate with electrolytes. If you think 1 gallon a day is enough but still having high #? Drink 2. Still not enough? Drink 2.5, etc…. And to drink 1/4-1/2 gallon leading up to your blood test. Fasted doesn’t mean dehydrated.

@VigorousSteve I've said this from the beginning. I'm in recovery myself from opiates. Have 7 years sober and I've seen many people struggle with kratom. For someone like me it's extremely dangerous. It may not grab everyone but it's important to educate people that I've you have an addictive personality, krarom will grab you. You will be raising the dose really high and dosing often. Maybe even escalate into stronger drugs from there. Knowledge is power! As always thanks Steve for your hard work in teaching us all about peds and more.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with the most statements about insulin...First of all, you don't go hypo so easily as you say...I use 6iu of Humalog before training with 250ml of juice which is roughly 30gr of carbs and nothing else intra except EAA...After an hour and a half of training I return home with BG at around 90...I get low sugars only if I do a 20min cardio session and again nothing so dramatic and not less that 70... On the other hand, I have reached 40iu of lantus with 500mg of metformin, and my morning blood sugar never gets lower than 100 and stays around 110 to 120 even though my A1C is 5.4-5.6%...Forgot to mention that I weight 87 kilos and using this amount of insulin...Not need to be 120 to use it...
