Nothing like 3 rounds to fatigue my muscles in the best possible way! HIIT vs. strength? I enjoy HIIT a little more, but overall I love the variety of doing both. Thanks for giving us such an amazing variety of effective workouts, Heather, you are the best!!! 🙏💪😍

These Workouts are Amazing! After losing a lot of my weight through walking around my court 11 yrs ago and then getting into shape with dance fitness over the last 7 years. This is a new wakeup call to my core! For the last 12 months my body has changed dramatically due being in late Peri and I was struggling to see a way out with my fitness! So I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart when I say you truly have given me a new lease on life!!! Thank you Heather!!! I definitely like a mix of workouts, with a focus on strength. This one I think is my favourite yet for this challenge! It was challenging and satisfying. Plus, I love any workout you do that I can easy swap in my kettlebells😁 Thanks, Heather!

I love strength 💪🏼 training! Prefer outdoor activities, walking, hiking, cross country skiing for my cardio. Although I don't love Hiit training this was awesome🎉 thank you💜

That was one of your best workouts. Three rounds is the most effective, imo. I did challenge myself with the weight but that combination of movements was in itself challenging because those were essentially full body movements. For me this was like strength training, but with my heart rate a lot higher. What do we call that? Oh yeah, HIIT!!! Thanks Heather.

I love both and found the HIIT to be strength for me at a bit faster pace since I'm on fairly light weights at this stage of my journey.

I definitely felt my heart rate elevated throughout this workout! Whew! I love strength training the most, but I do love a faster tempo at times. Thank you Heather, this was a nice focus with unilateral workout and power moves!

I love the variety workouts! I’m working on gaining more muscle while working on cardio. I use your videos daily. If I can’t do a full workout from one of your series I use a quick 20 min session. My workouts are my therapy due to being a stay at home mom. Thank you Heather! I’m grateful for your channel. 🙏🏻

Another excellent sesh! I prefer strength training 💯 but my body needs and reacts when HIIT low impact (I’m 50) is sprinkled in to keep it guessing. Thank you Heather! Looking forward to the next one 🔥

I was huffing and puffing from start to finish. Nice way to do some cardio. I prefer strenght training but I know how important it is to incorporate cardio in the mix. Whoa! This might have been the toughest @heatherrobertson video I've ever done. POV: dripping sweat! I don't have heavy weights right now so I did this w/ 8# dumbbells, an added 12# weight vest, and hard resistance band. EPIC! Thank you, Heather for always being there with the highest level content.

Don't let the slightly shorter duration of this workout fool you, those muscles will be fatigued and you'll be drenched by the end (I know I am!🥵💪🏻😂). Shoulders were on 🔥 by that last round. Definitely one of my favorite workouts so far in this series! Saving it to my favorites and I'm sure I'll do it many more times, such a great challenge! Thanks Heather for always providing a great variety of workouts and movements💜 (burned 300 cals on my galaxy watch)
