Your videos have gotten me through the mindset of 'I can only do yoga and that's it. To moving to a different state, through my bachelor's and now through an extremely busy master's program. Thank you so much for reminding us to show up for ourselves.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS FORMAT!!! 💖💗💓 Round #1 is perfecting form Round #2 is for increasing weight and going a bit deeper on the squats/lunges Round #3 is for taking off the gloves and holding back NOTHING. Total power in every move! I know some folks love "no-repeat" days, but this type of workout really gives me an opportunity to push like no other. Thank You!!!

Phew what a sweat sesh! I was struggling to do the split lunges with the block so I opted without it for 2 rounds and achieved it by round 3 - then right at the end I realised I was holding two weights instead of one so I felt extra accomplished! Thanks Heather for another great week. Oh and that first song of the workout was great hope we hear it again during the rest of the challenge

The progress is definitely showing after 15 workouts! I had been of the mat for a few months before starting this program due to injury and let me tell you, the person stepping of the mat today is soooo much stronger than the person after workout no 1. Got a big smile on my face finishing this one so proud for keeping up after the months of rehab and recovery and for feeling my body quickly adapting to the phase and almost feeling stronger than ever already! So thankful that you’re sharing this with us Heather and happy that we get to move our bodies like this 🙏🏻

I really enjoyed the music this time! I like this 5.0 series so far, even though I am using lighter dumbbells and modifications because before this workout series I haven’t trained anything for months and I was in a very bad shape. Awesome workout! I love how much stronger and more in control I'm feeling. I'm automatically grabbing heavier weights now, and may even have to buy some heavier ones still! I loved this workout! Coming into it, I was worried because it was 3 rounds of 1 circuit. I was expecting to have a mental battle throughout, which made me dread the workout. Well, my ADHD brain was stimulated and engaged. I never got bored or had to talk my inner tantrum child down. Instead I could focus on form and exhausting my muscles. Thank you Heather! That was a fantastic workout! I liked the lunges on this one and felt like there was enough variety that muscles were able to recover on other exercises. Three times through the circuit was fun because I liked the circuit! Thanks again!!

This workout kicked my butt. I upped the weight, focused on that slow eccentric phase, and made a few mods (like elevating heels in suitcase, doing one leg squats instead of in and out). Three rounds really gives you time to perfect each movement for maximum effort. Awesome!

I liked the even split between lower (mostly quads) and upper body. My husband made a joke about all the weights I had out, but was really trying to push to my max. I talked myself into following through with adding a 10 min cardio (non-stop power cardio) onto this afterwards, and glad that I did (now that it's over, haha). Off to go watch football - Go Bills!
