Are you looking for a beginner level HIIT workout to tone your body while burning fat? Join me for this 12-minute beginner level full body HIIT workout! We will work your upper body, lower body and core while burning calories.
This is is a music and prompt only workout video featuring a heavy metal soundtrack! Follow along with this fat burning and muscle building workout using nothing but your bodyweight all set to kickass heavy metal music! You can achieve amazing weight loss & conditioning results in just a few minutes a day with this revolutionary high intensity interval training program.
You can do this workout at home, at the gym, or while traveling! Let's get to it!
WORKOUT STRUCTURE
WORKOUT - X 3 Sets
High Knees X 20 Sec
Squats X 30 Sec
Rest X 30 Sec
High Knees X 20 Sec
Push Ups X 30 Sec
Rest X 30 Sec
High Knees X 20 Sec
Reverse Plank X 30 Sec
Rest X 30 Sec
Need modifications to make it easier to finish?
1) Replace high knees with jumping jacks or side to side skiers.
2) You can use knee or wall pushups instead of a full pushup.

I searched for metal music Hiit workout and here I am. I loved the music and the workout. The only bad thing that I could say is that the adds breaks the worflow but I understand that you need them to be there. Anyways thank you!

Thanks for letting me know about the mid-roll ads. We try not to have them on the workout videos, but sometimes KZbin adds them with a new update. I will remove them for this video. I'm happy to hear that you liked the workout and the music. As a metal fan myself, I love having good music to workout to.

Just mute it, and take notes from the rest of it. Then do it by yourself with or without a timer. Works perfectly when you don’t have access to wifi too, and eliminates that poor excuse for not working out one day 😉 I’ve done that with many workouts myself. Not so much anymore though, since I do have some go-to routines. But I still like to watch some new ones for ideas. And yes, I still mute the music I don’t like 😅
