Happy for your progress with the knee. I trust you’re having better luck with that K-T tape; I used it (once!) on a bad shoulder, but the next day, everywhere the tape had been was a blistering rash! So, obviously, not an option for me! That snow, along with the lack of wind, was magical. Great sun-dappled photos of those snowy hills. ATB!

Really enjoyed this video, always save them for the evening. Bike, hike and camp is a nice variety and the snowfall makes for a nice atmosphere. Taping the knee really holds and protects A smooth video takes a lot of camera set ups…well done! Take care,until the next video 🇨🇦 ❤️

Ah Glenshee! A first-and-last fateful ski expedition that ruined the ACL of my 'good' knee thirty-five years ago. Did I mention my knees?

Superb. I find if I take my time with absolutely no rushing up or down, my knee or knees both manage fine. My physio has me doing excercises to support and strengthen around the knee, which I have chosen to do daily. 😀

Thanks Chris, afraid I dont know how to ski tour (would love to get into that tho TBH). I wasnt allowed to see a orthopod or get a scan until I went through all the physio treatment (which seem to be helping greatly ). Just take things much more slowly, like this video!! I have ski toured around the Cairngorms off the resorts but their must be so many gorgeous lines to walk up and ski back down!?
